The objective of the Boonsboro Athletic Boosters, Inc. (BABI) is to assist the Boonsboro High School Athletes and their coaches to obtain and maintain a high level of athletic competence, spirit, and pride through moral and financial support. The proceeds from the gate at all athletic events goes to the school's general athletic fund, so BABI contributes approximately $17,000 each year to our high school athletic programs for necessities such as athletic awards (letters, numbers, Warrior heads, etc.), new uniforms. and specialized equipment purchases. In order to do this, we depend on revenue from various sources generated by volunteers assisting in membership drives, clothing and collectible sales (Warrior Wear), and the operations of a concession stand in the gym, on the fields, at the carnivals, parades, and other outside events. |
