ANNUAL COW PIE DROP

This event has gathered a large local following over the years. It is a unique and intriguing fund raiser for the Boosters and is tons of fun! We have changed the prize structure this year in an attempt to increase the number of people winning!! The field is divided into squares and tickets are sold for each of these squares. Then we watch and wait for the cow to drop a pie - and the person who bought the ticket for the pie Is the grand prize winner!! In the event that the cow doesn't drop a pie in a reasonable amount of time, a backup cow will be brought in to help! Squares around the pie will also win $$ and there are $ prizes for other locations on the field too.

October 22, 2011, 5-9pm

Cochrans Auction Complex on Mapleville Road, Boonsboro, MD

Your $10 ticket purchase entitles you to a Pork BBQ or chicken sandwich and soda or water.

"Cows' Milk" and Tip Jars for those over 21

We have changed the prize structure this year in an attempt to increase the number of people winning even though the amount of the bigger prizes have been lowered. Hopefully, more people with walk away with extra money in their pocket!! This year, we are also offering a ticket special - you receive 1 FREE ticket for every 10 tickets you buy or help us sell!

Prizes:

Direct hit - $2,000

Indirect hit - $1,000

Adjoining Squares - $100 each

Corners of the Field - $100 each

If the pie splits squares, the prize is split. The more tickets that are sold, the more prizes will be awarded! The cow will be released at 6:30pm. In the event that the cow doesn't drop a pie in a reasonable amount of time, a backup cow (the pinch pooper!) will be brought in to help!
