BABI SCOREBOARD AND SOUND SYSTEM PROJECT
In 2010, BABI decided to take on a school-wide scoreboard project to replace all the sports scoreboards inside and outside the school. Several of these boards were in seriously bad condition and many parents and fans were embarrassed about the condition of the school's equipment when other schools come to play. BABI created a scoreboard project fund and set goals and raised money with a lot of community support. So far, we've purchased a message board for the gymnasium for sports like volleyball, basketball, and wrestling as well as new scoreboards for the baseball and softball fields (these 2 are scheduled for installation in March 2012.) We are now looking towards the most expensive and challenging part of the project - the scoreboard and sound system at Warrior Field. This scoreboard will benefit all football teams, soccer teams, and lacrosse teams.

We are very excited to announce that Boonsboro HS Athletic Boosters will be raising money through text-message donations. Donations made will be used towards purchasing a new scoreboard for the school! Known as mobile giving, this new form of fundraising is the easiest way for a donor to donate! Follow the simple steps listed below, and your donation will support the development of our athletes at Boonsboro High School.
1. Create a new text message.
2. Text the word SCORE to the number 50555.
3. Reply 'Yes' to confirm your $10 donation to Boonsboro HS Athletic Boosters.
4. And that's it! A $10 charge will appear on your next wireless bill, and you have just supported our school!
